coordinating the PressKits and photographers, eventually organizing set / office visits, communicating (or shutting down communication) with the press,
taking notes, getting quotes for and writing the press kit, preparing and coordinating film festival assets
activating/monitoring social media
monitoring film festivals
sales reps or whoever is going to move the production forward after wrap, managing approved photos, behind-the-scenes videos and interviews, as well as a full press packet, production notes and cast and filmmaker biographies, getting special interviews, shooting b-roll at a particular location.
organizing behind-the-scenes footage for marketing, entertaining VIPs, tours of production and the set
Having materials ready and positioned the way it's needed
working in tandem with the production photographer.
create an early social media presence
managing site communication in team with the communication dept.
Managing permits, shooting, location scouting, assistant to producer
Required basic economy skill, budget managing, Office (Excel sheets)
